With the growing need in the construction industry for a more collaborative process at all levels, Dynalectric Company provides pre-construction services to assist developers/owners, architects, engineers and/or general contractors from the early conceptual stages through complete design of the projects.

We are able to provide budgeting during the design process, and with constructability reviews, identify any potential value engineering recommendations.

Design Build/Design Assist, GMP, & Firm Fixed Price – Dynalectric provides any delivery method that accommodates each and every project.

Budgets/Estimates – Conceptual construction estimates and details allow owners to prepare project budgets and make timely decisions.

“Value” Engineering/Cost Saving Methods – We provide savings opportunities, proven alternatives, and examine enhancements which may offer the most cost-saving benefits – preventing them from becoming post-construction burdens.

Constructability Reviews – With early involvement, the construction team will be able to identify and resolve issues before they become expensive change orders.

Scheduling – We offer specific man-hour and logistics schedules early on in the construction process. This will allow us to identify potential conflicts before they occur and minimize impacts on both project budget and schedule.

Manufacturer Relationships – Through the EMCOR family and with our key local representatives, we have established solid working relationships with the most reputable manufacturers of electrical equipment.

Coordination – With support from our coordination department, we are able to provide documents as required for each project during constructability reviews to determine clashes or issues with other trades. Our skilled team will deliver electrical projects from conceptual to completion while maintaining budget and scheduling needs. Utilizing the foremost leader in estimating technology, we are confident that we can deliver the most accurate, detailed cost models available.

Dynalectric provides state of the art 3D modeling and coordination of projects utilizing the latest software.

Our experienced coordinators create accurate 3D models of the project’s electrical systems using AutoCAD MEP and Revit MEP based on contract documents and actual equipment data.

The model is then coordinated with models from all other trades (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, etc.) and with the architectural and structural elements of the project utilizing clash detection software such as NavisWorks Manage.

We also provide design assist modeling services, working closely with the electrical engineers of the project to assist them in constructability of their design.

Our skilled coordinators have experience with all types of projects, from high-rise condominiums to mission critical data centers.

Our In-House Approach.  Your Direct Benefits.

A distinct advantage of the Dynalectric team is our in-house planning department and fabrication facilities.

Delivery of coordinated drawings and prefab materials aid in helping to improve the contract schedule and critical path work activities.

The controlled environment and schedule time savings of prefab allows us to create the assemblies and products in a more productive way, which in turn shortens the installation time in the field.

Time Savings

  • The project team and prefabrication manager can review the drawings together, make changes and plan ahead.
  • Weather negatively affecting your schedule is not a problem with assembly taking place in a controlled environment.
  • The fabricated product can be built and stored ahead of schedule.
